What skill level do I need to follow your crochet patterns?
Our crochet patterns are suitable for a variety of skill levels, from beginners to advanced crocheters. Each pattern includes clear instructions, and include helpful tips for beginners, so everyone should be able to use it. It can be helpful if you’ve read and followed a crochet pattern before, as this will give you a better understanding of the terminology and techniques used.
What crochet terms are used in your patterns?
All of our crochet patterns use US crochet terms for the English versions. If you’re more familiar with UK crochet terms, please note that there are some differences. For example, a “double crochet” in the UK is referred to as a “single crochet” in US terms.
How will I receive the crochet pattern after purchase?
Once you complete your purchase, the crochet pattern will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. It is very important that you enter the correct email address to ensure you receive your pattern without any issues. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, try through another browser or device. Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my pattern?
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally don’t offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase or download, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
